Registered Manager

I joined Consummate Care in February 2020, in an operational role supporting the service through rota management and staff coordination. As my experience and responsibilities developed, I progressed into the role of Deputy Manager and am now proud to hold the position of Registered Manager. In my current role, I oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and a strong focus on person-centred support. Being a parent to a child with complex needs has given me a deeper sense of empathy and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by the individuals we support and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and unwinding at home with my three cats.

Naiomi Spicer

Deputy Manager

I joined Consummate Care in 2021 as a Support Worker and have since progressed through the roles Care Coordinator to my current position as Deputy Manager. Throughout my journey, I have remained passionate about delivering high quality, person-centred care for people with a wide range of needs. I am dedicated, hardworking and committed to fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for both clients and staff. I take pride in working closely with our team to ensure care is safe, responsive, and focused on achieving positive outcomes for the people we support. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and making memories with my family.

Kimberley Merrey

Deputy Manager/Training Lead

I joined Consummate Care in August 2024 as the Training Manager, bringing with me a strong background in supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities. In October 2025, I stepped into the role of Deputy Manager, working alongside Naiomi Spicer to support the day-to-day running of the service and ensure high standards of care are maintained, while continuing in my role as Training Lead. I am passionate about supporting staff to feel confident in their roles and ensuring the people we support receive safe, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and attending concerts and music events.

Frankie Vieira

Recruitment and Rota Coordinator

I joined Consummate Care in 2022 and have progressed within the company from receptionist into my current role as Rota Coordinator. In addition to overseeing all of the company’s recruitment processes, I also coordinate staff rotas to make sure our clients are always fully supported. The role is fast-paced and keeps me on my toes, but I enjoy the challenge and variety it brings. I’m lucky to work with a great, committed team and no two days are ever the same. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me enjoying food and drinks, catching up with family and friends, or planning my next getaway.

Kezi Mabbutt

Operations Manager

I joined Consummate Care in March 2014 as a Support Worker, with a long career in health and social care. I have been supported on an incredible journey. I have embraced opportunities to progress to my current role of Registered Manager. I am extremely committed and passionate about Consummate Care and feel privileged to work with the company Directors and our amazing clients and staff team. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs.

Kerry Kane

Strategic Business Manager

I joined Consummate Care in July 2013 as Registered Manager with a background in education. I am the parent of an adult with complex needs and feel passionate about the necessity of high quality care and support. I have progressed within the company into the role of Strategic Business Manager which enables me to work alongside the Director and Registered Manager to maintain an outstanding service and to develop the business further. I love being outdoors, especially open water swimming and physical challenges.

Jane Macdonald

PA to the Management Team

I joined Consummate Care in March 2025 as Personal Assistant to the Registered Manager and Business Strategic Manager, bringing with me many years of experience supporting senior leaders across a range of sectors, including education, construction, and corporate services.  I offer strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a keen attention to detail, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.  Known for being approachable and dependable, I balance professionalism with a caring and supportive nature, ensuring that colleagues and the people we support feel valued and respected.  I am passionate about upholding the values of compassion, dignity, and person-centred care, and take pride in providing high-quality administrative support that enables our team and services to thrive.

Jane Considine

Owner/Director

I founded Consummate Care with my husband Ian in 2003. My working life has been in education and my expertise has helped shape the direction that Consummate Care takes in the provision of service. Consummate Care is led by an extremely talented team and the support workers deliver the highest level of dedicated support to all of our clients. I’m an avid reader and fitness enthusiast.

I trained and worked as a Primary school teacher before founding Consummate Care with my wife Jane in 2003. I’m passionate about providing the very best opportunities for all of our clients  and believe that everything that we do at Consummate Care is driven by client choice and opportunities. I’m extremely proud to work with a committed and talented team who make Consummate Care the company that it is today. I’m a father of four and enjoy electronic music and Rugby Union (watching, not playing!).
