I trained and worked as a Primary school teacher before founding Consummate Care with my wife Jane in 2003. I’m passionate about providing the very best opportunities for all of our clients  and believe that everything that we do at Consummate Care is driven by client choice and opportunities. I’m extremely proud to work with a committed and talented team who make Consummate Care the company that it is today. I’m a father of four and enjoy electronic music and Rugby Union (watching, not playing!). 

Jane Considine

Owner/Director

I founded Consummate Care with my husband Ian in 2003. My working life has been in education and my expertise has helped shape the direction that Consummate Care takes in the provision of service. Consummate Care is led by an extremely talented team and the support workers deliver the highest level of dedicated support to all of our clients. I’m an avid reader and fitness enthusiast. 

Kezi Mabbutt

Registered Manager

I joined Consummate Care in March 2014 as a Support Worker, with a long career in health and social care. I have been supported on an incredible journey. I have embraced opportunities to progress to my current role of Registered Manager. I am extremely committed and passionate about Consummate Care and feel privileged to work with the company Directors and our amazing clients and staff team. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs.

Kerry Kane

Strategic Business Manager

I joined Consummate Care in July 2013 as Registered Manager with a background in education. I am the parent of an adult with complex needs and feel passionate about the necessity of high quality care and support. I have progressed within the company into the role of Strategic Business Manager which enables me to work alongside the Director and Registered Manager to maintain an outstanding service and to develop the business further. I love being outdoors, especially open water swimming and physical challenges.

Heather Castle

Service Manager

I have been Rota and Operations Manager here at Consummate Care since February 2020. My role is to co-ordinate all the staff rotas ensuring our clients are always fully supported. My job is certainly fast paced but I love the challenge it brings me. I have a great team around me and I know that every day will be different. Being a parent to a child with complex needs has given me an empathy and greater understanding to our clients and their needs. When I am not working, I am currently busy training for the London Marathon, which is great to destress after a busy day in the office!
