Consummate Care has provided Supported Living services to people with learning disabilities in Northamptonshire since 2003. We are extremely successful in helping people to live fulfilling, independent lives. We have had great success in providing high levels of support to people, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

If you meet our criteria this is how Consummate Care will support you.
- Receive a referral
- Meet the client and circle of support
- Organise an assessment of needs
- Plan a provisional support plan
- Provide costings of how much the best level of care will cost
- Advertise for the right staff
- Train and induct staff to the individual and agree support plan
- Manage and monitor the provision
- Quality Assure the service provided
